Thanks for the comment.Yeah i agree with you lol ,the banner turned out ok but i lost the oomf on the actual layout. :( I don't know why ,it just didn't happen.I am slowly learning more & more about making layouts.The more i do the better they will get i guess.I appreciate your comment ;)

Thanks for your comment.It was hard to fix as its my first layout & i am learning,it was appearing perfectly for me in 3 different browsers.It was finally accepted lol but some are still saying its not aligned for them.Ohh well guess its their screen size or something.Thanks again for your comment. :)
